During the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation, in order to promote the development of discipline and related fields of drug economics and enhance academic exchanges, China Medicine University's pharmacoeconomics evaluation center and HLT (Happy Life Tech) and Tsinghua University international communication research center jointly launched the "HE air classroom" series of public lecture. Professor Ma Aixia, director of the center and Ms. Zhu Yali, director of access strategy and pharmacoeconomics of HLT, designed the content of this lecture according to the needs of major pharmaceutical companies and research institutions, mainly involving: general process of pharmacoeconomic evaluation, common economic evaluation methods and cases, basic application and cases of mesh meta analysis, application of health-related quality of life scale Six themes, including the development and application of EQ-5D scale and the application of pharmacoeconomic evidence in health decision-making, were presented by Dr. Li Hongchao, vice director of the center, Dr. Tang Wenxi, Dr. Tian Lei, Dr. Jin Xuejing (special project researcher), Dr. Zhou Ting and Dr. Chen Pingyu.
From March 14 to April 18, the live lecture was broadcast online for six consecutive weeks. The cumulative number of online viewing reached 35847, with more than 4000 registered visitors, mainly from the pharmaceutical industry (58%), academia (35%) and research community (7%). The live broadcast received a total donation of 9810 yuan from the audience, which will be donated to China Social Welfare Foundation through Tencent public welfare to support the anti epidemic of new coronary pneumonia.
