1、 Enrollment major and plan
According to the spirit of relevant documents issued by Jiangsu Provincial Department of education, Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University will recruit 560 students from Five-year Higher Vocational Colleges in 2020. The specific plan is as follows:

2、 Registration, application and examination
（1） Registered object
The students who are enrolled in the general enrollment plan of the province and formally enrolled in the five-year consistent higher vocational education of all kinds of schools in the province by the municipal enrollment department according to the prescribed procedures.
（2） Application conditions
1. Good ideological and moral character, abide by disciplines and laws;
2. The major meets the requirements of our college;
3. After finishing the contents specified in the school education and teaching plan, the students can graduate normally if they meet the graduation requirements.
（3） Selection method
1. On the basis of qualified students' voluntary application (including retired college students' soldiers) and passing the examination of their school, the five-year consistent Vocational College "professional transfer" work shall be independently organized by our college and selected for admission;
2. The registration, examination and admission of the "transfer from special to basic" of the five-year consistent Higher Vocational Education (Normal University) are all organized and supervised by Jiangsu Education Examination Institute.
（4） Procedure
1. Recommend the school to publish the notice and convey the notice requirements to each qualified student;
2. On the basis of students' voluntary enrollment, recommended by the head teacher, and reported to the recommended school after the preliminary review by the Department, the recommended school shall examine and approve the list of recommended schools;
3. After the recommendation list is determined by the recommendation school, it will be publicized on the school's official website for five days;
4. Publicize the student information without objection and submit it to our college.
（5） Sign up
Apply online. Students who meet the application conditions log in to the "Jiangsu Five Year System of professional transfer application system" (website: https://wnzzzb.jseea.cn/), and register online with reference to the directory of Higher Vocational Education (junior college) major (2015) of general institutions of higher learning. See the description of the website for the specific registration process. Schools that organize enrollment should do a good job in guiding enrollment. Candidates shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the application information. If there is any adverse effect on the admission due to the incorrect filling and checking by the candidates themselves, the candidates themselves shall be responsible for it. The registration time is from May 6 to May 14, 2020. Each student can only fill in the relevant majors of one undergraduate college and whether to obey the wishes.
（6） Audit
It is recommended that the school use the school account to log in to the "Jiangsu five-year system of professional transfer application system", to verify the qualification of the registered students and summarize the application information. The system audit deadline is May 19. The recommendation school shall submit the paper version and electronic version (e-mail: kdzjb@njmu.edu.cn) of the recommendation application summary form with the official seal of the school to our hospital before May 26.
（7） Examination
(Note: Public English is the province's general examination subject, and other examination subjects are multiple choice questions, noun explanation, short answer questions and question and answer questions.)
Candidates are required to carry the admission ticket (after the registration is approved, print their own identity), and the photocopy of their ID card. They report to 9:00-17:00 on June 13th and pay the examination fee (payment can be paid through Alipay, WeChat or credit card, not supporting cash payment). The place of registration and examination shall be notified separately according to the situation of epidemic prevention and control.
According to the standards approved by the Provincial Department of Finance and the price bureau, the registration fee for each candidate is 10 yuan, the unified examination fee for each subject is 45 yuan, and the examination fee for each student participating in the examination is 145 yuan.
3、 Admission
The admission work is conducted under the guidance of the Provincial Department of education and the leadership of the college's admission leading group. Based on the principle of comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence and physique, and after the Provincial Department of education has uniformly demarcated the English minimum admission score line, our college will determine the list of candidates to be admitted in the order of the cumulative total score of the examination from high to low. After confirming the list of admitted students, our college will report it to the provincial education examination institute, and then confirm the list after the examination of the provincial education department. After the approval, our college will publish the admission information and issue the admission notice.
4、 Preferential admission policy
Students who participate in the professional skills competition organized by the education administrative department, the top 20 or above winners of the national competition, the top 10 or the first prize winners of the provincial competition, and who are qualified to participate in the selection, will be admitted first according to the award grade in the same case. Among them, the top ten in the national competition, the top three in the provincial competition, and the first prize winners of the 8th provincial teaching basic skills competition of normal students are admitted by our college. Students are required to submit copies of the certificate of award and relevant documents stamped with the seal of the school.
5、 Transfer and Cultivation
（1） The Provincial Department of education shall review and register the enrollment results, and go through the formalities for changing the student status.
（2） The new students of five-year system of Higher Vocational "transfer from college to university" shall go through the enrollment procedures in our college with the materials such as the diploma of junior college and admission notice. If they fail to obtain the diploma of junior college, our college will not go through the enrollment procedures. After enrollment, the students will be transferred to the third year of undergraduate course, and the teaching will be organized according to the full-time undergraduate teaching requirements of our college for two years.
（3） The tuition fees for the five-year consistent system of "transfer from college to university" students shall be charged according to the tuition standards approved by the price department, and the same standards shall be applied to the general undergraduate students of the same major in our college.
（4） Our college will determine the training objectives and training requirements according to the actual situation of the five-year consistent Vocational "special to basic" students, and organize teaching in separate classes to ensure the quality of talent training.
6、 Student status management and employment
（1） According to the spirit of the notice of the Provincial Department of education on doing well in the work of "professional transfer" of the five-year consistent Higher Vocational Education (Normal University) in 2020 (Su Jiao Han [2020] No.4), students of "professional transfer" of the five-year consistent higher vocational education are not allowed to transfer their majors or schools.
（2） In addition to the provisions of the state and the province, the five-year consistent higher vocational college students who have "transfer from college to university" enjoy the same treatment as the undergraduates in our college. The contents of the graduation certificate of the five-year high vocational students who have been transferred from college to university shall be filled in according to the national regulations. After completing all the courses specified in the teaching plan of the major and obtaining the credits (including elective courses) specified in the major, they are allowed to graduate. Upon graduation, the graduation certificate of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University is issued, with the words of "undergraduate from college", and with the words of "Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University" The "College" shall bear the seal; for those who meet the implementation rules for awarding Bachelor's degree of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University, the relevant bachelor's degree of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University shall be awarded.
（3） The requirements for the physical condition of candidates shall be in accordance with the provisions of the guiding opinions on physical examination for enrollment of general institutions of higher learning revised by the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. Anyone who falsifies in the physical examination or fails to report any serious illness will be disqualified as soon as it is verified.
（4） When graduating from the five-year higher vocational college, the employment policy for undergraduate graduates shall be followed.
7、 Other matters
（1） In case of any conflict between the contents of this compendium and the spirit of relevant documents issued by Jiangsu Provincial Department of education, the superior documents shall prevail. The recruitment and employment guidance center of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University shall be responsible for the explanation of the outstanding issues.
