The disadvantage of silicone encapsulant is that the bonding performance is slightly poor.

How to use two-component potting AB glue:

1. The products to be potted with electronic potting AB glue must be kept dry and clean.

2. The electronic potting AB glue tool is weighed according to the proportion and the weighing is accurate. Please remember that the proportion is the weight ratio rather than the volume ratio. After the A and B agents are mixed, they must be fully stirred to avoid incomplete curing.

3. After the potting AB glue tool is evenly mixed, please fill the glue in time, and try to use the mixed glue within the available time.

4. After the electronic potting glue is poured, the glue will gradually penetrate into the gap of the product. If necessary, please perform a second potting.

5. During the curing process of the electronic potting glue, please keep the environment clean to prevent impurities or dust from falling onto the surface of the uncured glue.

6. After the potting operation of the electronic potting glue is completed, the unused glue should be tightened immediately and sealed and stored. When using it again, if there is a little skin on the seal, just remove it, and normal use will not be affected.
