1. Ensure that all appliances are clean during the glue dropping process, so as to avoid impurities, ripples, pits and other defects on the surface after the glue is solidified.

2. The proportion of glue must be accurately weighed, and the glue must be stirred evenly, otherwise it will lead to incomplete curing of glue drops and ultra long curing time.

3. The humidity of the glue dropping working environment is controlled within 68%. It is not recommended to drop glue in rainy days, because when the air humidity is too high, the fog in the air will directly lead to the oxidation of the glue surface. When the production task is tight, it is recommended to use an air dehumidifier.

4. Silicone rubber products with strict glue dropping effect shall be placed in the area to be dried, and the temperature shall be controlled between 28-40 °.
