Example 8: heat resistant coating

The coating is sprayed on the untreated cast iron plate or sandblasted steel plate to reach a dry film thickness of 100-150 μ M. Then dry the coated sample plate at 22 ~ 25 ℃ and 40% ~ 60% relative humidity for 16 h, or force dry at 150 ℃ for 30 min, then place the sample plate in an electric furnace at 760 ℃ for 45 min, take it out, cool it, and then put it into the cathodic acrylic electrodeposition coating bath (250 V voltage, 2 min), the voltage between which jumps from 0 to 250 V, the time span is 10 ~ 15 s, turn off the current, and then remove the sample plate from the bath Take it out in the bath and wash it with deionized water. The coating can pass the above test. After the test, the coating is still in good condition, and the adhesion to the substrate is still good after heating.
