The synthesis methods of polysilazane include ammonia hydrolysis, amine hydrolysis, hydrazine hydrolysis, ring opening polymerization, dehydrogenation coupling method, etc. With the continuous deepening of research, the number of polysilazane synthesis methods will increase.
