Introduction to system technology:


The wastewater containing oil and emulsion enters into the oily wastewater regulating pool first, in which the oil and water are separated by static sedimentation, and part of the floating oil floats on the liquid surface and flows out through the overflow port; the wastewater containing oil and emulsion is pumped into the pipeline filter and then into the circulating water tank; the emulsion is preheated to 40-50 ℃; the waste emulsion enters into the ceramic membrane host, and the material liquid circulates in the host; the concentrated liquid return valve is opened( The opening degree is controlled by the pressure at the reflux side, and part of the emulsion flows back to the circulating water tank; the valve at the filtration side is opened, and the filtrate is sent to the SBR (biochemical treatment) system, and the filtrate volume is controlled by controlling the opening degree of the filtrate valve (to make the filtrate flow stable for a long time); when the concentration is about 5-10 times, the concentrated solution is pumped into the concentrated emulsion decomposition tank for static sedimentation separation and floating on the tank The oil is recycled, and the oil and water in the lower part are returned to the wastewater regulating pool.


2. Calculation of membrane area


According to the engineering experience and the above water quality parameters, the flux of waste emulsion and washing machine wastewater is designed to be 120L / m2 / h, the treatment time is (3 + 4.5) / 8 / 0.12 = 7.8m2, the flux of other oily wastewater is designed to be 200L / m2 / h, the membrane area is: 1.8 / 0.2 = 9m2, the total membrane area is 7.8 + 9 = 16.8m2. According to the component area and arrangement, the whole set of equipment is composed of four components in series and parallel, and the total area is 4.5 * 4 = 18 M2


3. Effluent index


The content of petroleum in permeate water is ≤ 10mg / L (the influence of emulsifier shall be deducted); SS of suspended matter is ≤ 10mg / L (national standard SS ≤ 70mg / L). Test method GB8979-1996
