I. overview

The so-called "electrothermal melting flame spraying technology" is to use double heat sources (electric heat source and gas heat source) for heating. The whole spraying process is automatic, the protection system is safe and reliable, and the damage of fluorine gas can be avoided.

As we all know, in the past, fluoroplastics were sprayed by suspension, and then sintered in a furnace to form a coating. It is impossible for larger tanks and pipes to be carried out in the furnace. The biggest feature of electrothermal melting gas spraying technology is that spraying can be carried out on site, which is incomparable with suspension spraying and rolling plastic technology.

To sum up, the successful development of this new technology fills in the blank of strong medium and heavy corrosion (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.) corrosion-resistant coating in high temperature environment. It is the best technical choice to solve the problem of spraying and processing all kinds of plastic and organic coatings on large tanks and pipelines, especially fluoroplastic coating. It is also the best choice of anti sticking coating for large equipment.
