The so-called "electrothermal melting flame spraying technology" is to use double heat sources (electric heat source and gas heat source) for heating. This process uses mechanical tooling electronic instrument sensors to drive the thermal system to conduct motion heating, preheating and spraying temperature controllable and adjustable, so that the sprayed workpiece has a constant temperature (temperature control is not more than ± 5 ℃). Then the stable powder feeding system makes the spray gun work continuously. Our tooling and automatic conduction system can spray large horizontal tank and vertical tank on site at present. Its geometric size can be made according to the specific situation of the site, and there are special equipment for pipeline spraying. The whole spraying process is automatic, the protection system is safe and reliable, and the damage of fluorine gas can be avoided.

As we all know, in the past, fluoroplastics were sprayed by suspension, and then sintered in a furnace to form a coating. It is impossible for larger tanks and pipes to be carried out in the furnace. The biggest feature of electrothermal melting gas spraying technology is that spraying can be carried out on site, which is incomparable with suspension spraying and rolling plastic technology.

To sum up, the successful development of this new technology fills in the blank of strong medium and heavy corrosion (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.) corrosion-resistant coating in high temperature environment.
