1. High temperature resistant coating






Silicone resin is an excellent high temperature resistant coating, which is made up of methyl phenyl silicone resin prepolymer and heat-resistant filler. For example, the silicone coating prepared with active diatomite as filler can withstand high temperature of 700 ~ 950 ℃; after adding mica powder, SiO2 powder, aluminum powder and talcum powder to the silicone resin, molecular rearrangement occurs under high temperature, and organic-inorganic hybrid materials are obtained, which can improve the heat resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the materials. It is mainly used for decoration and protection of chimneys, high-temperature pipes, high-temperature furnaces, oil cracking devices and high-temperature reaction equipment in aerospace, thermal power plants and iron and steel plants.






2. Hardening coating






The methylsilicone resin, which is hydrolyzed from methylalkoxysilane as raw material, is prepared by adding hardener and tackifier. The coating has good transparency and high hardness. It can be used as hardener, wear-resistant and anticorrosive coating for polycarbonate, plexiglass and other plastic products.






3. Hydrophobic coating






Pure methyl silicone or long-chain alkyl silicone coating has very low surface tension, excellent waterproof performance, plus its superior cold resistance, heat resistance, elasticity and weather resistance, and is widely used in building waterproof and moisture-proof coating
