Coating preparation: First, prepare the pigment into a paste (which can be done using equipment such as a three roll grinder, ball mill, colloid mill, etc.), and the prepared paste should be uniform and free of particles. Then mix each component thoroughly according to the specified amount in the table and mix evenly. Diluents can be used to adjust the viscosity of the coating during the process.
Packaging, storage, and transportation
◆ Use 5kg plastic drums or 200kg iron drums for packaging.
If necessary, we can negotiate the net weight of the packaging.
If stored unopened below 22 ℃, the product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.
Opened containers should be tightly sealed after use to prevent pollutants and water vapor from entering the product. The maximum storage temperature should be below 22 ℃.
◆ Store in a cool and dry place, and transport as a Class I hazardous material.
matters needing attention
This series of products uses toluene and xylene as solvents, and the pH value of the solution is nearly neutral. If you accidentally come into contact with skin or eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek treatment at the hospital.
During the transfer process of this product, it should be avoided to coexist with flammable materials. If possible, please operate in an instrument protected by inert gas and use appropriate ventilation equipment to maintain the vapor content in the surrounding area at a safe level.
