The molecule of polyurethane coating contains not only a considerable number of polyurethane bonds, but also urea, ether, ester and urethane-carboxylate bonds, and its cured coating film has the advantages of good abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, temperature resistance and elasticity, and it is a kind of coating material with excellent performance and wide application.
Dissolve and saturate the elastic powder with xylene, then add butyl ester, diacetone alcohol, cyclohexanone, matting powder, hand elastic paste and anti-sinking agent, then add elastic resin and leveling agent, a coating can be produced after coating, and the performance test.
The results show that the coating has the properties of good adhesion, fine and smooth handfeel, strong scratch resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. By adding different particles to the coating, diffusion film or brightening film can be prepared. Dehydrate polyether diol at high temperature, then add TDI and catalyst, a polyurethane prepolymer can be obtained; then add dimethylsilicone oil, epoxy resin, chain extender, cross-linking agent, plasticizer, defoamer and filler in turn, you can get the composite modified polyurethane coatings of organic silicon and epoxy resin. The coating film has high mechanical strength, good adhesion, low water absorption, good thermal stability and acid and alkali resistance. HEA and homemade bis-hydroxy acrylate were used as raw materials, and the acrylate group was introduced into the polyurethane side chain to prepare UV-curable acrylate polyurethanes, which have better heat resistance, solvent resistance, pendulum hardness, and mechanical properties compared to the polyurethane coating film without the addition of acrylate monomer. Diffusion films can be prepared by applying a resin coating to a substrate such as PET film. The coating uses a polyurethane resin to which one or more organic or inorganic particles having a single particle size distribution are added as diffusion particles, and the particle size of the diffusion particles is in the range of 1 to 50 μm, and modified polysiloxanes or polycarboxylic acids are used in order to improve the dispersion effect.
