(2) Pure silicone resin-based silicone adhesive, silicone resin as a base material, adding inorganic fillers and solvents mixed into the curing release of small molecules, need to be heated and pressurized;
(3) The curing temperature of silicone resin-based adhesive is too high, and the application is limited;
(4) adding a small amount of ethyl orthosilicate, potassium acetate and silicate glass, etc., the curing temperature is reduced to 220 ~ 200 ℃, high temperature strength is still 392-4 90MPa;
(5) low mechanical strength of pure silicone resin, and polyester, epoxy or phenolic and other organic resins copolymerization modification, can obtain high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical properties for high temperature structural adhesive.
