The most common method for producing LSR components is liquid injection molding (LIM). This automated process involves the following steps:
1、Mixing: The two LSR components are mixed in precise proportions.
2、Injection: The liquid mixture is injected into a heated mold cavity.
3、Curing: The mold is maintained at high temperatures to cure the LSR, causing it to solidify.
4、Demolding: The finished product is removed from the mold.
LIM offers high efficiency, repeatability, and scalability, making it ideal for producing large volumes of consistent parts.
