Ceramic coating according to the chemical composition of the material, mainly oxide, carbide, nitride, boride ceramics.
① There are many types of oxide ceramics, the most commonly used coating materials are Al2O3; TiO2; ZrO2; Cr2O3; SiO2; MgO; BeO; Y2O3; Al2O3-SiO2; MgO-ZrO2 and so on.
②Carbide ceramics mainly include: SiC; WC; B4C; TiC, etc.
③ Nitride ceramics are mainly: Si3N4; TiN; BN; AlN and so on.

Molding method of ceramic coating
① solid-phase deposition method: such as self-propagating high-temperature synthesis method; enamel coating.
② vapor deposition method: such as physical vapor deposition (PVD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD).
③ wet chemical method: such as sol-gel method, chemical plating and chemical composite plating.
④ Thermal spraying method: such as plasma spraying, flame spraying and so on. Most of this method is used
