Silicone processing additives offer unique flexibility and compatibility, and have become key components in the production of pulp and tissue. Specifically as follows:
(1) Electrical insulating varnish: The volume, quality and service life of electrical machines and appliances are greatly related to the performance of electrical insulating materials. Therefore, the industry requires the use of a variety of electrical insulating varnishes, including coil impregnating varnish, glass cloth impregnating varnish, mica adhesive insulating varnish and silicon varnish for the protection of electrical and electronic appliances.
(2) Coatings: Silicone resin has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, water-repellent properties, plus the ability to obtain colorless and transparent and good adhesion and wear-resistant coating anti-adhesive film coating and moisture-repellent coatings.
(3) Adhesive: as an adhesive used polysiloxane silicone and silicone resin type two, both in the structure and crosslinking density differences. Among them, the resin-type adhesive and pure silicone resin type and modified resin type respectively.
(4) Plastics: mainly used in heat-resistant, insulating, group, arc-resistant silicone plastics, semiconductor components shell sealing plastic, foam.
(5) Micro-powder and trapezoidal polymers: Silicone resin micro-powder and inorganic fillers, compared with the relative density of low, and at the same time with heat resistance, weather resistance, lubricity and hydrophobicity. Trapezoidal silicone resin than the general network of three-dimensional structure of the silicone resin has a higher heat resistance, electrical insulation and flame resistance.
