Surface cleaning:
Using physical cleaning methods such as ultrasonic cleaning, high-pressure gas blowing, sandpaper polishing, etc., to remove dust, oil stains, oxide layers, and other impurities on the surface of the substrate, exposing fresh and clean materials on the substrate surface, which is conducive to the bonding of polysilazane with it.
Chemical cleaning is also commonly used, for example, for metal substrates, acid washing can be used to remove surface rust and oxide films; For ceramic substrates, suitable organic solvents can be used to clean the residual organic matter on the surface, ensuring that the substrate surface is in a good adhesive state.
Surface activation:
Through plasma treatment, suitable gases are selected based on the substrate material, such as oxygen plasma for polymer substrates and argon plasma for metal substrates. The active particles in the plasma interact with the substrate surface, increasing surface energy and introducing active functional groups (such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups), thereby enhancing the chemical bonding strength between polysilazane and the substrate.
Using chemical reagents for surface activation treatment, such as treating the substrate surface with silane coupling agents. One end of the silane coupling agent molecule can undergo a chemical reaction with the active groups on the substrate surface, while the other end can interact with the polysilazane molecule, playing a "bridge" connecting role and effectively improving adhesion.
