This paper reports a case of cluster transmission in which a super communicator in Huai'an City infected eight other people in the bath center.

The men's bath center covers an area of about 300 square meters, with an indoor temperature range of 25 to 41 ° C, including a bath pool, as well as a shower and sauna area.
Novel coronavirus pneumonia have a fever in Wuhan. 1 of them, who had visited Wuhan, developed cough symptoms in January 15th, took a bath in January 18th, got fever in January 19th, and were diagnosed with new crown pneumonia in January 25th.
Patients 2, 3 and 4 took a bath in the bath center on January 19, patients 5 took a bath in the bath on January 20, patients 6 and 7 took a bath in the bath center on January 23, patients 8 took a bath in the bath center on January 24, and patients 9 were the staff of the bath center.
Except for patient 1, the other 8 patients had no Wuhan contact history. Eight of them developed the disease 6 to 9 days after going to the bath center, and were confirmed by nucleic acid test on February 3 to 4.

Patient condition statistics
The median age of 9 patients was 35 years (24-50 years). Fever was reported in 8 patients and cough in 7 patients.
Three patients had weakness, two had chest distress, and one had anorexia.
No diarrhea, myalgia, rhinorrhea or headache. The level of C-reactive protein increased in 9 patients, lymphocyte decreased in 3 patients, lactate dehydrogenase increased in 3 patients and glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase increased in 2 patients.
None of the nine patients became severe.
This case shows that the new coronavirus can still survive in high temperature and humidity, and the transmission has not weakened. This paper provides a potential epidemiological clue for the new coronavirus. But the authors also said the study was limited by the lack of detailed information on the routes of transmission among bath center patients.
