On the same day, in Fuling shale gas field, a national shale gas demonstration area, Jiaoye 18-7hf well contracted by the company for fracturing and gas testing was tested by blowout, and the daily gas production was 304100m3.
Since the "one hundred days' hard work and efficiency creation" operation, the downhole testing company has given full play to the two major technical advantages of "ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure formation testing" and "large horizontal well staged fracturing". It takes Shunbei oil and gas field and Fuling shale gas field as the main battlefields to speed up the resumption of production, promote the acceleration and efficiency improvement, guarantee the oil and gas production capacity, and make full efforts to rush the production in the first half of the year Business objectives.
In Shunbei oil and gas field, in the face of the adverse effects of the epidemic, such as the flow of personnel and the limited operation of tools, the company responded quickly and made precise policies, and formulated a production mechanism of "personnel deployment in advance + establishment of temporary warehouse + Remote leadership of cadres". Technical cadres and a formation testing team have been arranged in advance to live in Shunbei oil and gas field for standby, to be specially responsible for the construction of the block, and to establish a temporary warehouse at the front line, and to prepare enough downhole tools to meet the completion test construction of the block.
The remote leading group is composed of experts and technical backbones, and the online mode is adopted to provide technical support from the aspects of construction design review, tool preparation, field operation, etc., so as to ensure the completion of each construction with high quality. During the epidemic period, the company completed the completion test of 7 wells in Shunbei oil and gas field, and the effective measures were highly affirmed by the owner.
In Fuling shale gas field, the company adopts the method of "three optimization, four compactness and five in place" to realize the whole process of fracturing and gas testing construction speed up to 3 sections of each platform per day, and press the "fast forward" key for resumption of production.
According to the formation characteristics of Jiaoye 18-7hf well, the company adopts the fracturing technology of "multi cluster and multi-stage dense cutting + limited flow perforating + high-strength sand addition" to improve the effect of fracturing transformation and help the well achieve high production.
At the same time, the company also uses a full set of low-carbon and environmental friendly electric drive fracturing equipment on Jiaoye 41 platform for the first time, contributing to the green water and green mountain of the gas field.
After years of high-quality service, the company has called two major brands of "Jianghan test" and "Jianghan fracturing" in these two markets. The market share of "Jianghan test" in Shunbei oil and gas field is 100%; the market share of "Jianghan fracturing" in Fuling shale gas field is more than 50%, which is expected to reach 60% this year.
