Brief introduction of the research group:
Han Xiao, Professor, doctoral director of Nanjing Medical University, leader of biology first level discipline, director of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of human functional genomics. He has successively presided over key projects of NSFC, major special projects of the Ministry of science and technology and 973 projects, etc., with sufficient research funds for the research group.
Main research direction:
(1) The dysfunction of islet β cells and the mechanism of diabetes;
(2) The mechanism of metabolic organ dysfunction such as liver and fat in metabolic syndrome. Relevant research has published dozens of academic papers in PNAS, diabetes, cell reports and other magazines.
Recruitment number and responsibilities:
At present, the research team has carried out a number of high-throughput sequencing studies, and plans to recruit 1-2 postdoctors in the field of bioinformatics. Main responsibilities: (1) independently carry out scientific research projects under the guidance of PI, and apply for projects; (2) assist the research team to carry out bioinformatics analysis on the existing research projects.
Recruitment requirements:
(1) Have python, R or Perl programming foundation, familiar with Linux operating system;
(2) Applicants with biological background and high throughput data processing experience, single cell SEQ, ATAC SEQ analysis experience are preferred;
（3） Generally, the age is not more than 35 years old, and the doctor degree is usually obtained within three years.
Remuneration and other benefits:
(1) Salary and welfare benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of National Postdoctoral and the relevant regulations of Nanyi University, with an annual salary of 280000 yuan (before tax);
