01 project introduction

According to the surface characteristics of different nano powders and different application occasions, the project team conquered the key technologies such as chemical modification technology of nano powder surface and dispersion control technology of nano powder, and prepared a variety of water-based and alcohol-based slurry with excellent dispersion stability, such as nano-sized ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, indium tin oxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, etc The average particle size is ≤ 100nm, the specific surface area is ≥ 30m2 / g, and the solid content is 0.5-20%. The static stability of the slurry with different nano powder content varies from 1-30d to 1 year. The research results lay a solid foundation for the application of nano materials.
02 technical advantages
The nano-sized Fe3O4 slurry is prepared by the method of glue dissolving and dispersing modification, forming adsorption double electric layer structure on the particle surface to prevent the agglomeration of nano-sized particles. Its average particle size is about 20 nm, superparamagnetism, Fe3O4 solid content of the slurry is 0.5-20%, and its static stability is about 1 year. The average particle size is less than 20 nm and the solid content is 0.5-20%. ITO thin films were prepared by adding nano ITO water-based slurry into waterborne coatings. Due to its excellent photoelectric properties, ITO film has a transmittance of over 70% for visible light, a reflectivity of ≥ 70% for infrared light, an absorption of ≥ 70% for ultraviolet light, a attenuation of ≥ 85% for microwave, excellent electrical conductivity and processability, high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
03 application prospect
Nanometer Fe3O4 slurry can be used in magnetic seal, biomedical carrier, magnetic health care, magnetic recording material, high gradient magnetic separator, microwave absorbing material and xerography developer. Nano titanium dioxide slurry has a wide range of applications as products or product additives, mainly used in anti UV agents, nano environmental protection, anti-bacterial, self-cleaning agents, nano coatings with heterochromatic effect, electrostatic shielding agents, etc. Nano indium tin oxide water-based slurry can be used as thermal insulation coating.
