Admission control
Open only the South Gate (the main gate). The staff of each department of the library shall form a special team to implement the closed management and control measures. All personnel entering and leaving the library must carry campus cards, masks and temperature tests.
Reservation current limit
To prevent close-up gathering, readers can enter the library only after making an appointment every day (please scan the 2D code of seat management system in Figure 2 for reservation), and take seats in the reserved seats, with a distance of 1 meter between each seat.
Environmental protection
8:00-9:30 and 21:00-22:00 of each day is the disinfection time. The disinfection scope includes tables and chairs in each reading room, ground, self-service inquiry machine, self-service borrowing and returning machine, self-service printer and other equipment. The ventilation time is 11:30-13:30 and 17:00-18:30 every day. Readers are welcome to assist and supervise.
Personal protection

Book lending
All books are borrowed by appointment (currently only professional books are accepted), and the appointment is half a working day in advance (Saturday and Sunday are not handled). All of them will be returned at the self-service book returning machine 24 hours outside the west gate of the library. The returned books shall be stored separately, sterilized by ultraviolet and returned to shelves.
Reading of books and periodicals

Express point
1. The express delivery point is temporarily transferred from the bungalow in the north of the one-stop service center to building 2 in the north of Jiangning Campus (the original Xinjiang restaurant, next to Kangda head office). The school personnel take the express delivery and get in and out through the South Gate of the building which is open to the school. The express delivery personnel unload the express delivery to the room through the north gate which is open to the outside world, that is to say, the express is unloaded and left without any reason.

3. Management plan:

Milk tea coffee and other restaurants

1.
