Dear children and teenagers
Hello!
First of all, congratulations on your landing safely in the arms of your mother country! Although we have to face 14 days of medical observation after landing, we can do what we want to do after the medical observation. Is there any little expectation?
It is a normal phenomenon that everyone will feel pressure more or less when facing this unknown infectious disease. It is normal for people to feel nervous, scared or uneasy during this period of time. During the period of medical observation, our chances of contact with others will be reduced, and emotional reactions such as loneliness, irritability and depression are all possible. I would like to discuss with you how to spend this time better.
1. Understand the real and reliable information and do well in their own protection. Although medicine itself inevitably has uncertainty, there is relative certainty in uncertainty, such as the majority of patients with good prognosis, strict social distance can effectively prevent transmission, the majority of the elderly with severe and death cases and other basic diseases.
2. Understand and accept your reactions. When stress occurs, our physical, mental, and behavioral responses are varied. Physiological reactions include loss of appetite, insomnia, dizziness, fatigue, inattention and memory loss, etc.; emotional reactions include fear, fear, tension, irritability and anger, etc.; in behavior, some people will avoid and are unwilling to communicate with others, while others may show aggression under the irritable mood. This is our response to stress and will fade over time. When there is an emotion, don't suppress it. Try to express it. I feel my mood , your I think And so on.
3. Accept the current situation. The hotel life is not as comfortable as at home, medical staff and staff to provide medical help and life convenience. You can contact your family or friends by phone, SMS, wechat, online video, etc. to share your information and mood. At the same time, you can also connect with yourself, feel your body, feel your connection with the environment; look through some videos and photos of the past; record your daily life, and talk with your mind.
4. Fully supplement nutrition and water to ensure adequate sleep. Some people began to eat less the day before in order to be safe. Now when you come back, eat well, keep nutrition balanced, and immunity is the key to resist diseases.
5. Return to normal work and rest time as soon as possible. Although all of you have returned to China, some schools are still continuing their courses. Are you ready?
6. Make a regular plan. The content of the plan can include daily courses, activity arrangements, feasible exercise programs, communication with family members and other time arrangements. I believe you will be a good host!
