The Biomedical Engineering Laboratory of China Pharmaceutical University was founded in 2004. It was initially integrated into the College of Engineering in the post discipline group of the College of life science and technology. At present, there are 6 doctoral supervisors, 10 postgraduate supervisors, and students are enrolled in the pharmaceutical (Pharmaceutical Engineering) Doctoral Program of the College of engineering. Master students are enrolled in pharmaceutical engineering, biomedical engineering, biology and medicine (Professional Master).
At present, the laboratory has large-scale equipment and a complete experimental team. Chemical synthesis equipment: three analytical liquid-phase, three preparation liquid-phase, one LC-MS, one-50 freeze-drying machine, two-80 freeze-drying machines, three rotary evaporation systems, five ventilation systems, three full band fluorescence branch spectrometers, one UV spectrophotometer, two nano UV spectrometers, one multichannel fluorescence spectrometer, and several other small equipment; Biological detection equipment: laser confocal microscope 2, flow cytometry 1, inverted fluorescence microscope 1, small animal live imaging 2, enzyme labelling instrument 1, frozen slicing machine 1, chemical exposure 1, gel electrophoresis apparatus 3, fluorescent quantitative PCR 1, other auxiliary equipment. Radiation single photon detection equipment: 1 SPECT / CT for small animals, 1 gamma technology device, 2 sets of radioactive energy spectrometer, 4 sets of high-performance computing servers, 1 set of high-resolution multi-mode detection platform for small animals (self-developed). Support platform: independent cell room, SPF animal room, class B unsealed radioactive work area. Other cooperation and sharing platforms: National Key Laboratory of natural drugs, Nanjing nuclear medicine clinical center laboratory, intraoperative navigation joint laboratory, etc.
