"Cambodia 200MW dual fuel power station" is equipped with 12 sets of 18v50df dual fuel internal combustion engines produced by Wartsila company, which is the largest dual fuel power plant in Cambodia. The long-life and heavy-duty anticorrosive materials for the fuel tank body and auxiliary steel structure of the project are designed and developed by the marine functional materials team. The team also developed the corrosion protection supporting technology of railway bridge bearing, the core part of "Indonesia Yawan high speed railway" construction project. The two projects are both in the typical marine atmospheric environment, and the equipment is in the coupling corrosion condition of stress, fuel and other factors, which puts forward strict requirements for the performance of protective materials.

The company has successfully developed a series of new heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings with excellent mechanical properties, long-term anti-corrosion and weather resistance, and special functions (high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, anti-bacterial and flame-retardant, deep-sea pressure resistance, etc.), which have passed the performance test of the authoritative appraisal institutions in the fields of chemical industry and coating, and their comprehensive performance is obviously superior to the world-class products, and they have been successfully applied to the national power grid in coastal areas and offshore petrochemical industry , marine engineering, marine equipment and other heavy-duty anti-corrosion fields. 90 national invention patents have been applied for related research results, of which more than 40 have been authorized, 9 have been applied for PCT international patents, 1 have been authorized for Japanese patents, and 2 have been published in the United States. For the first time at home and abroad, the whole engineering chain of graphene modified heavy-duty anticorrosive coating has been completed from material development, natural environment assessment, engineering demonstration, standard formulation to large-scale production and application. The application of one belt, one road, and the other, we have provided the high-end protective materials with independent intellectual property rights for major engineering equipment and infrastructure construction, national security and marine economic development strategy.
