3 recruitment examination
The examination methods are divided into written examination, skill examination and interview, and the content focuses on clinical professional knowledge, basic skills and comprehensive quality test. The examination time is initially set in the middle of May 2020. The specific time and place will be notified separately. No examination fee.
4 physical examination and admission
According to the examination results, from high score to low score, the physical examination personnel shall be determined according to 1:1 of the number of recruits. The standard shall refer to the general standard of physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation), and the number of unqualified physical examination vacancies shall be filled in turn. The hospital shall sign a training agreement and go through the relevant formalities with the qualified personnel.
5 training years and requirements
1. According to the national standards and requirements, the length of residents' standardized training is three years in principle.
2. According to the national, Jiangsu Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission and Yangzhou Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, the hospital formulates a unified training plan and trains the trainees according to the plan.
3. At the end of the training, the process audit is qualified, and the unified theoretical examination and clinical skill examination for standardized training of resident doctors are taken. The qualified ones are issued with the certificate of standardized training of resident doctors.
6. Relevant regulations and treatment
1. During the training period, there is no training fee and free accommodation. Students who do not stay in the hospital will be given an additional subsidy of 500 yuan / month.
2. Salary:
(1) Social chemist: sign training agreement and contract with our hospital, and refer to the same kind of personnel of our hospital for basic salary, five insurances and one fund (including endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, basic medical insurance, maternity insurance, industrial injury insurance and provident fund). Personnel files are managed by Yangzhou talent exchange center.
(2) Unit entrusts training trainees: sign training agreement with our institute. During the training period, the entrusted training unit will manage personnel files, pay basic wages and salaries, and return to the original unit after the training.
3. Training performance and subsidy: issued after assessment according to work quality and quantity.
(1) The initial performance of all kinds of resident trainees (excluding graduate students in medical colleges) in our college is 2000 yuan / month.
(2) The number of students majoring in general practice, psychiatry and pediatrics will increase by 500 yuan per month.
(3) On the basis of undergraduates, those who have obtained master's degree will increase 500 yuan per month.
(4) On the basis of master's degree, the number of doctor's degree holders will be increased by 500 yuan per month.
(5) After obtaining the qualification of practicing physician and registering in our hospital, RMB 1500 will be increased every month.
(6) Trainees are entitled to the hospital meal allowance of 200 yuan / month.
4. In addition to legal holidays during the training period, the accumulated sick leave, personal leave and other holidays shall not exceed 1 month each year. Otherwise, the training time shall be supplemented and the graduation shall be postponed. During the period of leave, no allowance, subsidy and other treatment and welfare will be enjoyed.
5. After the training, the training contract will be terminated naturally, and the trainees will choose their own jobs or return to the training unit. If the training time is insufficient or the trainees fail to finish the course on time due to various reasons, the training period can be extended with the consent of the base upon application by the trainees themselves. During the extended period, the trainees will not enjoy the training allowance and social security treatment, and the extended period will not exceed 2 years.
6. If the bachelor's degree meets the requirements, you can apply for the graduate students with the same academic capacity of Yangzhou University.
7. All trainees participating in the standardized training of residents shall abide by the relevant management regulations of Subei people's hospital. Each performance and subsidy will be issued after assessment.
