1.2 dry desulfurization technology (taking Na2CO3 as an example)
Compared with the wet process, the dry desulfurization process is characterized by less investment, small floor area, low operation cost, simple equipment and convenient maintenance. The advanced dry jet mixing technology, with ceramic filter as reaction bed, solves the disadvantages of slow reaction speed and low desulfurization efficiency of the traditional dry desulfurization process. According to the different dry desulfurizer used, the desulfurizing efficiency can reach 70% - 90%. Taking Na2CO3 as desulfurizer, the chemical reaction formula is as follows:
Na2CO3 + SO2 = Na2SO3 + CO2 (1)
