On March 26, Prof. Lu Xiang, vice president of Nanjing Medical University, President of Yifu Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University and deputy commander in chief of Jiangsu Provincial front headquarters supporting Hubei epidemic prevention and control, recorded a special anti epidemic ideological and political course in Huangshi: "feeling of epidemic line - my 47 days in Huangshi". On March 28, Professor Lu Xiang completed the task of rescue and returned to Nanjing.
Today, we launch the fourth episode of the anti epidemic ideological and political course, and listen to Professor Lu Xiang's experience and understanding of Jiangsu medical team in Wuhan and Huangshi over the past 40 days.
President Lu summed up the "unprecedented" that he had never felt in more than 30 years of medical practice from the following four aspects: the leadership and command of the party and the government against the epidemic, the unrequited duty of the medical staff, the selfless dedication, the assistance from all walks of life, and the understanding and cooperation of the patients and their families.
