High temperature resistant adhesive
High temperature resistant adhesive is a kind of adhesive which can keep the original adhesive performance when it is used at 200 ~ 500 ℃ or higher. This kind of adhesives are mainly silicon (or boron) containing polymers, aromatic heterocyclic high temperature resistant polymers and inorganic adhesives.
PI adhesive is the earliest developed, most widely used and the best comprehensive performance high temperature structural adhesive. After curing at 300 ℃, it has good heat resistance and shear strength at 300-400 ℃, can be used for a long time at 230 ℃, and can withstand 555 ℃ high temperature for a short time. It has the advantages of good low temperature resistance, solvent resistance, wear resistance, flame retardancy and extremely low thermal expansion coefficient.

Low temperature resistant adhesive
Low temperature resistant adhesive is a kind of adhesive which can be used in ultra-low temperature environment and has enough strength. It is usually made up of PU, EP modified PU, PU and nylon modified EP and other main materials.
The adhesive of EP system is most suitable for low temperature use, but it is necessary to modify or develop new EP and amine curing agent in many ways to obtain the EP system with better comprehensive performance. The introduction of flexible chain segments and active groups with large degrees of freedom into the structure network of EP and its curing agent can reduce the brittleness of EP curing products, but this method is easy to lead to the decrease of the system t ü G. The rigid network system can be formed by using glycidyl ester or bisphenol EP with good medium and high temperature performance and aromatic amine as curing agent. The system has poor resistance to repeated cold and hot shock, low shear strength and fracture toughness, and high sensitivity to crack growth.

Sealant is a kind of sealing material whose main performance is sealing rather than bonding. Strictly speaking, it is not an adhesive, so its adhesive strength is usually not high, and it often needs to be firmly matched with the machinery when it is used, but its caulking performance and chemical resistance at the adhesive interface are better.
Sealant is mainly a kind of viscous liquid composed of synthetic rubber, resin, filler, auxiliary agent and solvent (or solvent-free), which can be applied to the joint surface to fill the uneven surface. After drying for a certain time, it can form a continuous viscoelastic film, thus playing the role of pressure resistance and sealing.

Medical adhesive is a kind of adhesive used in hemostasis, dentistry, orthopedics, soft tissue and skin in recent years. There are mainly α - cyanoacrylate adhesive, fibrin adhesive and PU adhesive.

Vacuum glue
Vacuum adhesive is a kind of adhesive used for the connection and sealing of various parts in vacuum system. It not only has good bonding strength, but also has good vacuum sealing and pressure resistance.
In vacuum technology, the common vacuum adhesive is EP based adhesive. The working temperature of EP vacuum adhesive can reach 100 ℃, and it has good electrical insulation performance, and its shrinkage rate is lower than other resins in the curing process. The molecular structure of bisphenol-A EP contains hydroxyl and ether bond, which has good adhesion to a variety of commonly used vacuum materials. The parts it adheres to have excellent mechanical strength and can be used for bonding vacuum materials such as metals, ceramics, glass and plastics.

Alkali resistant adhesive
Alkali resistant adhesive refers to the adhesive that can resist the corrosion of alkaline medium. Alkali resistant adhesive and alkali resistant cement are mainly made of furan resin, xylene resin, EP and chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber as matrix resin, supplemented by other alkali resistant components.

Spot welding adhesive
Spot welding adhesive has both bonding and spot welding characteristics, with good comprehensive performance. Among them, bonding can ensure sealing, prevent corrosion, reduce stress concentration, bear load, improve structural strength and work durability. Spot welding adhesive is mainly made up of EP matrix resin, modifier and auxiliary materials.
