The general election!!
The student union of the 4th Clinical Medical College of Nanjing Medical University adheres to the tenet of serving the students of the college and improving the business level of the college. It provides various activities and platforms for the students in learning, life, entertainment and other aspects, and wins the unanimous praise of teachers and students. Now, due to business needs, the new media center of the students' Union of the 4th clinical medical college has been elected. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. All students of grade 18 and 19 of the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Nanjing Medical University.

4、 Notes for registration
1. Candidates need to fill in the application form carefully. See Appendix 1 for the application form.
2. Candidates need to send the electronic version of the application form to the email address of the group in charge of the general election: 1564481983@qq.com before 14:00 on May 10. If it is overdue, it will be considered as successful if it is automatically replied by the email address.
3. The first screening will be carried out according to the form and content of the application form submitted by the candidates, and the results will be informed by SMS.

3. Campaign form: the campaign is divided into two parts: assessment and interview
The specific form and content of online assessment are waiting for follow-up notice.
The interview is divided into two parts: the first part: structured interview, the candidates sign in in the waiting room, and complete the written examination within the specified time; the second part: campaign speech, the candidates are dressed in formal clothes, the speech is limited to 3 minutes, as far as possible off paper, ppt has no mandatory requirements.
4. The campaign speech should include self introduction, campaign position, campaign advantage, etc.
5. The specific campaign speech time shall be subject to the notice of the group in charge of the general election.

1. The grading personnel of this election are composed of the presidium, the non candidates of the ministerial group and the class groups.
2. The number of specific posts and specific personnel will be publicized in the future.
