Recruitment conditions
1. Professor: under the age of 52, he has presided over or is presiding over the National Social Science Fund Project in recent 5 years, or has won the teaching and scientific research awards at or above the provincial level.
2. Associate Professor: under the age of 45, he has presided over or is presiding over the National Social Science Fund Project in recent 5 years, or has won the teaching and scientific research awards at or above the provincial level.
3. Lecturer: generally, he / she should have a doctor's degree and be under 35 years old. He / she should publish more than 2 papers (including 2 papers) in CSSCI source journals.
