3.5 effect of coating on surface quality of resin matrix
Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 are SEM pictures of resin surface. From the comparison of Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, it can be seen that due to the low hardness of resin and poor scratch resistance, the surface of the resin is prone to mechanical scratches after polishing, and the surface of the resin cannot be smooth and flat. After coating a layer of silicone wear-resistant coating on the surface, due to the high hardness and good wear-resistant performance of the coating, a smooth and flat surface can be obtained by slightly polishing, and the surface quality can be significantly improved.
4 Conclusion
The inorganic layer was prepared on the surface of epoxy resin by sol-gel method combined with spin coating method, and the organic transition layer was in the middle.
