These are all deceptions. The only way to solve this problem is to start with materials, When you can't change another material, change the affinity between silica gel and it.

3、 If the phosphor is precipitated, it is ruled out that it is the problem of phosphor powder. The glue in this case can only be room temperature cured. Because in order to maintain its light transmittance and refractive index in silica gel, no suspending agent can be added. If you encounter these problems, you can try to replace it with temperature cured products, which can solve this problem.

4、 After curing, the surface is not smooth enough, because the glue is poisoned by s, P and so on. We should clean the mold and other tools well, and the solution is to improve the adhesion and matching between silicone and the bonded body, and then extend the baking time to improve the current adhesion problem.
