In the current silicone mold release agent on the market, is still the dominant status of thermal curing products, especially with molding heat curing silicone mold release agent, occupy the largest share of the market, and UV light curing silicone mold release agent market is extremely low, there is no generally accepted by the market, only a handful of mold film (paper) production enterprise is in use.
The development of silicone release agent focuses on the traditional thermal curing field, and has not introduced UV curing products, mainly because of the mature technology and rich application experience in thermal curing silicone release agent, which can meet different performance requirements and adapt to a variety of application scenarios.
Although UV curing products also have its advantages, such as environmentally friendly (without organic solvents), low energy consumption, fast curing speed, easy to control coating equipment (small size, short preheating time), suitable for high temperature resistant substrate and so on, but there are also the following two aspects of the shortcomings:
