Product Features
Pure silicone resin has excellent high and low temperature performance, arc corona resistance, electrical insulation performance and water repellency and moisture resistance. It has excellent weathering resistance, high mechanical properties, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance and chemical stability. The resin is used as coating protection for various high temperature resistant equipment and equipment coatings, high temperature anticorrosive coatings, powder coatings, insulating materials, weather resistant coatings, inks and other special environments. GT6 has improved flexibility on the basis of GT5. It is used in high-temperature products that require bending resistance, and has a higher phenyl content.

Application
Used as high temperature resistant powder coating or liquid resin. It can also be combined with epoxy, polyester and other powder resins; such as barbecue grills, mufflers, exhaust pipes and other fields that require high temperature anti-corrosion coating, insulating materials or spacecraft and military equipment.

Instructions
It is a thermosetting composite system prepared with silicone solid resin as the base material and mixed with fillers, pigments, curing agents, additives or glass fibers. It can be processed by transfer molding, electrostatic spraying and solvent-based methods.
