1、 Main Features and Uses of the Product

The primary characteristic of silicone resin is that it has excellent heat resistance. It can hardly decompose at 200 ℃ or even higher. It can be used to prepare various heat resistant paints. Its heat resistance insulation grade can reach Grade H. For example, using silicone resin as the base material, the silver paint added with aluminum powder can be used for a long time at 400~600 ℃, and can be used for chimneys, steam pipes, exhaust pipes, gas devices, stoves, ovens, electric heaters, chemical equipment, boilers, engines, generators, electrical equipment, radiators, etc.

Compared with ordinary organic resin, silicone resin also has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, arc resistance, hydrophobic and moisture-proof, salt spray resistance, mildew resistance and other properties. For example, coatings modified with more than 20% silicone resin have significantly improved water resistance, yellowing resistance, and reduced light loss.
