USES:

Among the existing heat-resistant adhesives, silicone adhesive is one of the best varieties. Polysiloxane used as adhesive can be divided into silicone based adhesive and silicone rubber based adhesive according to the source of raw materials. The former is mainly used for bonding metal and heat-resistant non-metal materials. The obtained bonding parts can be used in the temperature range of -60℃ ~ 200℃. The latter is mainly used for bonding heat-resistant rubber, rubber and metal and other non-metallic materials.

Features:
Silicone is good for bonding metals such as iron, aluminum and tin. It is also easy for bonding glass and ceramics, but has poor adhesion to copper. Organic silicon adhesive based on pure silicone resin, silicone resin as the base material, adding inorganic fillers and solvents mixed, curing when the release of small molecules, need to be heated and pressurized; Silicone based adhesive curing temperature is too high, the application is limited; A small amount of ethyl prosilicate, potassium acetate and silicate glass were added to reduce the curing temperature to 220 ~ 200℃, and the high temperature strength was still 392-4 90MPa. When the pure silicone resin is copolymerized with polyester, epoxy, phenolic and other organic resins with low mechanical strength, it can obtain high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical properties.

Product storage:
WACKER1038, a German silicone polyurethane demoulder, can be kept for at least 12 months in an original sealed space at 5℃-30℃. At the same time, the product label will indicate the "best life" of the product. The storage time exceeding the optimal use period indicated on the label does not mean that the product cannot be continued to be used. However, in this case, in order to ensure the quality of the product, it is necessary to re-examine the relevant properties of the product.
