Wrinkle paint is a kind of art paint. Like hammer paint, orange paint and other art paint, it has a wide range of uses and has a good protection and decoration effect on metal surface. The wrinkle coating will show a special wrinkle structure on the surface of the coating after curing. The formation mechanism is that there is a curing rate gradient in the thickness direction of the coating, and the curing rate of the surface layer is higher than the curing rate of the inside of the coating, so as to form the "upper surface layer" with certain tensile stress. During the curing reaction, the upper reactant absorbs the lower oligomer and the small solvent molecules As a result, the "upper surface" will expand and fold when the above effects exceed the compressive stress that the "upper surface" can bear.

Due to its unique surface morphology, wrinkle coating can be used for various instruments, mechanical equipment, automobile brake lining and other surfaces to increase friction, and also for indoor three-dimensional decorative coating, furniture, household appliances and other products. At present, the application of phenolic resin wrinkle paint and alkyd resin hammer paint are common in China, but tung oil is needed to be added to both coatings to make wrinkles. There are some disadvantages in the use of tung oil, such as: ① tung oil itself does not have anti pollution property, so tung oil needs to be boiled at high temperature before use, otherwise the paint film made will be sticky, while in the process of boiling, the proficiency of production equipment and operators is required to be very high, and the production process is very strict, otherwise tung oil is very easy to form glue; ② the paint film made of tung oil is very easy to be powdered; ③ Due to the presence of tung oil, after a period of time, the paint film is easy to turn yellow. Epoxy resin and thermoplastic acrylic resin are the most commonly used resins in the coating industry. Epoxy resin has good adhesion and chemical resistance. Acrylic resin has the characteristics of flexibility, light and color retention. The blending of the two resins results in the change of phase structure, which plays a great role in the formation of wrinkle coating. In view of the current research on wrinkle coating mainly focuses on powder coating and single component resin system, and there is little analysis on the influencing factors of coating wrinkle formation, this paper takes the mixture of epoxy resin and thermoplastic acrylic resin as the object to study the phase structure of the blend system, focusing on the effects of two-component resin ratio, coating thickness, curing agent type and curing temperature on the coating The influence of fold.
