conclusion
Through different experiments, we found that pmfe had no toxicity to HL-7702 cell line, and could reduce lipid accumulation through mTOR / P70S6K / SREBP pathway.
In vivo experiments, combined with 16S sequencing analysis and metabonomics analysis, showed that pmfe inhibited the metabolic syndrome in a dose-dependent manner, alleviated the intestinal flora imbalance induced by HFD, and improved the metabolism of BCAAs.
Antibiotic therapy and fecal bacteria transplantation (FMT) experiments further demonstrated that pmfe inhibited diet induced MetS in a gut flora dependent manner. Pmfe can enrich Bacteroides ovalis in intestinal flora, regulate the concentration of circulating amino acids, so as to reduce obesity and metabolic disorder caused by diet. (1)
