On April 8, the Ministry of Education issued a notice to launch the "one for one" action on employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates from colleges and universities across the country and Hubei Province. According to the list of "one group, one group and one" actions of the first batch of colleges and universities in China and Hubei Province, Hubei Medical College, which is the counterpart of China Pharmaceutical University, will provide assistance in terms of jobs, employment channels, employment guidance, teaching resources, entrepreneurial practice activities, employment management level, etc.

On April 8, the Ministry of Education issued a notice to launch the "one for one" action on employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates from colleges and universities across the country and Hubei Province.
The action of "one group, one group" fully considers the type of school running, the characteristics of employment work and the needs of recipient universities. In the first batch, 48 colleges and universities were determined to carry out assistance actions, including 34 colleges and universities directly under the central Ministry of Education (including 30 colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education), 4 provincial colleges and universities, and 10 national demonstration vocational colleges; in Hubei, 8 colleges and universities directly under the central Ministry of Education (including 7 colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education), 30 provincial undergraduate colleges and 10 vocational colleges. The time of assistance action is set from April to September 2020, and will be adjusted according to the arrangement of epidemic prevention and control.
What are the objectives and specific measures of supporting colleges and universities? Let's see together
On the basis of full consultation, the supporting universities and the recipient universities will make clear the objectives and specific measures of the assistance work and establish a "Six Party" assistance mechanism.
First, share job information, support colleges and universities to share online recruitment platform, jointly hold online recruitment activities, and use big data technology to achieve post matching and accurate push based on mastering job demand information and college students' willingness to apply for jobs, so as to help college graduates to obtain richer and more accurate employment information services.
Second, we should jointly explore employment channels, support colleges and universities to help them develop the employment market, guide local employment resources to extend to them, mobilize alumni enterprises, employers to recruit for them, and actively receive their graduates.
Third, we will work together to strengthen employment guidance, support universities and recipient universities to share their employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses and online employment guidance consultation, jointly carry out special training on Graduates' employment and entrepreneurship, organize joint training of employment guidance teachers, and help recipient universities improve their employment guidance ability.
The fourth is to share high-quality teaching resources, support colleges and universities to open relevant teaching resources to the graduates, provide more practice opportunities for the graduates, support graduation design (or thesis) and graduation practice, and help the graduates to graduate smoothly.
Fifthly, we should jointly carry out entrepreneurial practice activities, support colleges and universities to open mass innovation space such as "entrepreneurship and innovation" demonstration base, incubator, and so on, and jointly organize innovation and entrepreneurship guidance services such as entrepreneurship guidance, entrepreneurship training, and entrepreneurship competition, so as to provide support for graduates' innovation and entrepreneurship.
Sixthly, we should jointly improve the level of employment management, support colleges and universities to share the experience of graduates' employment work, exchange working ideas and methods, and jointly do a good job in the statistics of graduates' employment and the protection of their rights and interests under the influence of the epidemic, so as to effectively improve the level of employment management services.
　　
In the early stage, the recruitment office of our university has been working with the recruitment office of China Pharmaceutical University, and has communicated the content of cooperation intention between the two sides. We have worked out experience exchange in online joint recruitment, work system and mechanism, joint training of employment guidance teachers, resource sharing of employment and entrepreneurship courses, and Graduate Entrepreneurship work to carry out assistance and cooperation. At present, China Pharmaceutical University is working out cooperation plan , our university is preparing the docking plan. On April 15, four universities including China Pharmaceutical University and our University launched the first joint recruitment fair with the help of clove net platform. In order to strengthen mutual assistance, China Pharmaceutical University plans to hold the online joint recruitment fair again with regional high-quality medical colleges and universities and our university.

China Pharmaceutical University is a long-standing and well-known "211 Project" directly under the Ministry of education and the national "double first-class" construction university. It is located in the ancient capital of Nanjing. The former is the National Pharmaceutical College (Four-year system), which was founded in 1936.
