At the invitation of the Kyrgyz government and under the overall arrangement of the Party committee and the government of the autonomous region, a joint working group of China to Kyrgyzstan was established to assist in the prevention and control of Kyrgyz epidemic. On April 20, the group set out from Urumqi Diwopu International Airport and arrived at Manas International Airport of Kyrgyz at 1:40 p.m. Beijing time. This time, the Party committee and the government of the Autonomous Prefecture attached great importance to the selection of the staff who went to Kyrgyzstan to help with the epidemic situation. With the full cooperation of the people's Hospital of Kyrgyz Prefecture, they selected and allocated the backbone force with rich practical combat experience, outstanding specialty and strong professional ability in the epidemic prevention and control work. After many trainings and according to the work arrangement of the autonomous region, they selected Zhang Boyan, the director of the discharge office, and the critically ill doctor Omanguri dolikun, the discipline nurse and intensive medicine department, supported Kyrgyzstan in carrying out epidemic prevention and control.
Knowing that the staff of the joint working group of the hospital was about to go to the army, the leaders of Kezhou people's Hospital made overall arrangements and held a military expedition ceremony on the afternoon of April 16 to see off two medical staff of our hospital.
On behalf of the staff of the hospital, the Secretary of the Party committee of the hospital, escal baisir, and the president, song Ninghong, paid tribute and thanks to the two soldiers in white.
