1、 Enrollment major and plan
According to the spirit of relevant documents issued by Jiangsu Provincial Department of education, Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University will recruit 790 "special transfer" students in 2020. The specific plan is as follows:

2、 Registration, application and examination
（1） Applicants: those who are included in the national college enrollment plan and formally admitted by the provincial enrollment department according to the prescribed procedures, are in junior college students of various types of colleges and universities in the province (including the students who are separately recruited by the counterparts of colleges and universities).
（2） Application conditions:
1. Good ideological and moral character, law-abiding and healthy;
2. Complete the contents specified in the school education and teaching plan, meet the graduation requirements, and be able to graduate normally.
（3） Qualification examination: candidates who apply for "special transfer" shall be recommended by the candidates to the University for qualification examination according to the conditions of application and the relevant regulations of student status management, and shall be publicized in the conspicuous place of the campus.
（4） Examination: candidates shall participate in the selection examination organized by Jiangsu Provincial Education Examination Institute in accordance with the regulations. Subjects of Liberal Arts: College Chinese (150 points), English (150 points), computer foundation (100 points); subjects of science and Engineering: Advanced Mathematics (150 points), English (150 points), computer foundation (100 points). The full marks are all 400. Provincial control line classification and delimitation. The test will be held on May 24, 2020.
3、 Transfer and Cultivation
（1） After the completion of the unified examination of the whole province, the Department of education of the province shall draw out the admission qualification line. According to the announced plans and candidates' wishes, the provincial education and examination institute is responsible for organizing and supervising the admission from high score to low score among the candidates who meet the conditions of application, meet the provincial minimum admission qualification line of the corresponding application category and meet the filing requirements. Candidates who do not meet the requirements of our college for specialty and basic courses of specialty may not be admitted by our college.
（2） Jiangsu Provincial Department of education reviews and registers the admission results of our college, and goes through the formalities for changing the student status.
（3） "Special transfer" students shall go through the admission formalities with the materials such as the diploma and the admission notice of our college. Without the diploma, our college will not apply for admission. After entering the University, the students of "transfer from special school to basic school" will be transferred to the third grade of undergraduate course in a unified way, and the teaching will be organized according to the full-time undergraduate teaching requirements of our college for two years.
（4） The tuition fee of "special transfer to principal" students is charged according to the tuition standard approved by the price department, and the same standard is applied to the general undergraduate students of the same major in our college.
（5） According to the actual situation of "special transfer" students, our college determines the training objectives and training requirements, and organizes teaching in separate classes.
4、 Student status management and employment
（1） According to the spirit of the notice of the Provincial Department of education on doing well in the work of "special transfer" in 2020 (Su Jiao (2019) No. 7), "special transfer" students are not allowed to transfer their majors and schools.
（2） In addition to the provisions of the state and the province, the students of "special transfer" enjoy the same treatment as the undergraduates of our college. The contents of the graduation certificate of the students who have transferred from college to college shall be filled in according to the national regulations. After completing all courses specified in the teaching plan of the major and obtaining the credits (including elective courses) specified in the major, they are allowed to graduate. Upon graduation, the graduation certificate of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University shall be issued, with the words of "undergraduate from college", and printed with "Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University" Those who conform to the implementation rules for awarding Bachelor's degree of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University will be awarded the relevant bachelor's degree of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University.
（3） The requirements for the physical condition of candidates shall be in accordance with the provisions of the guiding opinions on physical examination for enrollment of general institutions of higher learning revised by the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. Anyone who falsifies in the physical examination or fails to report any serious illness will be disqualified as soon as it is verified.
（4） Upon graduation, the "special to basic" students shall be subject to the employment policies of the state for undergraduate graduates.
5、 Other matters
（1） In case of any conflict between the contents of this compendium and the spirit of relevant documents issued by Jiangsu Provincial Department of education, the superior documents shall prevail. The recruitment and employment guidance center of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University shall be responsible for the explanation of the outstanding issues.
