Kezhou people's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University was founded in July 1954. After more than 60 years of hard work, it has developed into the only modern third class a general hospital in Kezhou with complete discipline supporting equipment and strong technical force, integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, rehabilitation and first aid. 1、 Enrollment target
Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine. Undergraduates shall not be more than 28 years old; postgraduates shall not be more than 35 years old. For those who apply for general practice medicine, the age of undergraduate students can be extended to 30 years old. For those with doctoral degree, the age of 38 years old can be extended to enroll major and enrollment number, please refer to the "2020 resident training and enrollment plan" of our hospital. 2、 Recruitment conditions
（1） Basic conditions
1. Have the nationality of the people's Republic of China.

1. Application for academic qualifications: the academic qualifications must conform to the requirements of the training major. The fresh graduates need to obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate before July 30, 2020. 4. Relevant matters:
(1) Applicants can choose 3 training volunteers. If there is no work unit, choose "social person" to sign up; if there is a work unit, choose "unit person" to sign up, and the training specialty entrusted by the unit to the training personnel should be the specialty in the original unit.
(2) Applicants shall fill in the application information truthfully. （2） Site confirmation
1. Applicants must bring the following information to our hospital for on-site qualification review and confirmation within the specified time:
(1) "Application form for standardized training of residents in autonomous region" will be printed in duplicate after the success of online report. The official seal of the personnel department of the unit shall be affixed to the application form printed after the online report of the personnel of the entrusted training unit.
(2) I have one original and one copy of my ID card, graduation card, degree card (initial to highest academic degree), doctor qualification certificate (acquired), which will be returned to me after verification. Please bring one copy of academic degree certification report printed by Xuexin degree website to all previous graduates. The academic degree certification report of new graduates will be handed in after graduation.
(3) One original and one copy of the political examination certificate.
(4) Physical examination: the physical examination items and standards shall be carried out in accordance with the general physical examination items and standards for public recruitment of staff by institutions in the autonomous region. The applicant shall submit one original and one copy of the physical examination report by himself / herself, and the physical examination unit is level III hospital.

3. Adjustment and admission
After the results of the written examination are released, the disciplines of the recruitment base that fail to reach the ratio between the number of people who pass the minimum qualified score line of the written examination and the number of people who plan to be admitted will be adjusted (those who have entered the first round of interview will not participate in the adjustment, and the first volunteer will remain unchanged).
(1) The first voluntary training base is to be admitted from August 13 to 14, the second voluntary training base is to be admitted from August 15, and the third voluntary training base is to be admitted from August 16.
(2) Adjustment time: August 17.
(3) When the enrolled students register for training on September 1, 2020, they must provide the original and copy of ID card, graduation certificate and degree certificate.
(4) General practice, pediatrics, obstetrics and Gynecology, emergency department and other short of professional applicants should be given preferential policies.
(5) One week pre job training will be conducted for the underachievers after enrollment and registration, and the training time of 2020 level resident standardized training will be calculated from September 1, 2020.
（6） Sign training contract
In accordance with the principle of voluntary signing, the employed personnel sign the standardized training and labor contract for resident doctors with the hospital. After the training, the contract will terminate naturally and the trainees will choose their own jobs. The training time is 3 years. If the master's or doctor's degree type is scientific degree or academic type, the training time will not be reduced.
（7） Training years and requirements
1. In principle, the length of standardized training for residents is three years, from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2023.
2. According to the relevant requirements of the national and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Health and Health Committee resident standardized training, the hospital formulates a unified training plan, and trains the trainees according to the plan.
3. At the end of the training, participate in the unified theoretical and clinical skills assessment, and the qualified person will be issued with the certificate of resident standardized training.
（8） Treatment
During the training period, remuneration shall be paid according to the education background, degree and qualification of the resident doctors. Relevant treatment shall be paid according to the wage level of on-the-job clinicians with the same conditions in the hospital. 75% will be issued six months before the training, and 100% will be issued after obtaining the qualification certificate and registration. If the training period is extended due to personal reasons, the expenses during the extended period shall be borne by oneself.
