1. Polymethyl silicone resin.
Poly (methyl silicone) resins are usually copolymers composed of siloxane chains, such as SiO3/2, CH3 SiO3/2, (CH3) 3SiO2/2, (CH) SiO1/2 plasma chemical reaction research progress. Using raw materials with only two or fewer methyl groups on each silicon atom (e.g., methyltrichlorosilane, dimethyldichlorosilane), polymethylsilicone resins with a network structure can be prepared, which can be converted into insoluble and insoluble products. Polymethyl silicone resin has high heat resistance and strong oxidation resistance.

2. Polyethyl silicone resin.
Polyethyl siloxane is a copolymer containing ethyl group in the siloxane chain. The polymerization rate of polyethyl silicone resin is slower than that of polymethyl silicone resin, but the ethyl group connected above the silicon atoms in the siloxane chain can increase the solubility of the resin and reduce its hardness. The ratio of the number of ethyl groups to the number of silicon atoms in the polymer should be 0.5 ~ 1.5 to obtain the insoluble polyethyl silicone resin. When the value is lower than 0.5, the resin polymerization speed is too fast, in the process of condensation will produce a lot of water, make the resin brittle, strength is not high, easy to crack under high temperature.

3. Polyaryl silicone.
Polyaryl silicone resin is a copolymer containing only phenyl group in the siloxane chain, with high heat resistance, strong oxidation resistance and other excellent properties. 2. The e polyaryl silicone sheet is heated in the air to 400°C or 500°C. After several hours, the phenyl groups do not fall off the silicon. Prolonged heating at 400°C or placing the polymer in a sealed tube containing dilute acid or bromine water will cause the phenyl group to break off. A trifunctional organosilicone monomer (phenyltrichlorosilane) is hydrolyzed and rearranged to form a stepped polymer - all phenyl silicone resins have higher heat resistance than ordinary resins.

4. Polyalkane aryl silicone resin.
The properties of both resins can be changed by adding another resin to one resin to form polyalkyl aryl silicone. In fact, it is not a simple mixture, but in the process of synthesis, an alkyl and an aryl group directly attached to the same silicon atom, or alkyl and aryl chlorosilane hydrolysis, cocondensation to form a copolymer. 2. Polyalkyl aryl silicone resins have better mechanical properties and hardness than pure alkyl or aryl silicone resins.
