Anti corrosion function
A classic application of ceramic coatings is in anti-corrosion of equipment such as petrochemical and marine industries. The coatings used for pipeline anti-corrosion are mainly organic coatings. However, due to aging and deterioration, heat resistance and cold resistance, the service life of the pipeline is limited. Nano ceramic coatings have the characteristics of aging resistance, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which can greatly extend the service life of the pipeline. In addition, the nano ceramic coating has good resistance to cathodic stripping and can adapt to marine working environments.
