1.2 test steps


(1) Plate making: cold rolled steel plate with specification of 12.5cm × 8cm × 0.5mm shall be selected, the edges and corners shall be polished with 800 mesh sandpaper, and the surface of the plate shall be wiped with anhydrous ethanol to remove the floating oil before use.

(2) Dissolving acrylic resin: weigh a proper amount of acrylic resin and cyclohexanone (the mass ratio is 1:3), add the acrylic resin to cyclohexanone and put it into a beaker for dissolving in a strong mixer, and set the rotation speed to 800r / min. in order to accelerate its dissolution, put it into a constant temperature water bath at 40 ℃, stir it for 30min, and then seal it for use after the acrylic resin is completely dissolved.






(3) Preparation of coating: weigh the quantitative epoxy resin E-51 according to the set proportion, weigh the curing agent according to 10% of its mass, add the dissolved acrylic resin, mix it in a strong mixer at a speed of 1200R / min for 30min, mix it evenly, and stand for defoaming.

(4) Preparation of coating: the prepared coating is applied to the plate to be used by mskafa-iii small-scale tape casting automatic coating dryer, and the corresponding process parameters are set to obtain different film thickness.

1.3 test method

The coating thickness was measured by Mitutoyo / Sanfeng digital display screw micrometer. The wavelength of wrinkles on the surface of the coating was observed and measured by the ultra depth of field digital microscope in the model xpr-500c polarizing melting point instrument. The brittle section of cured resin was observed by jsm-6390lv scanning electron microscope.
