IOTA-OPSZ-9150 is a colorless transparent liquid with over 99% solid content and a viscosity of only 50cPs, offering excellent flow for spraying, brushing, or dipping. Tack-free time is about 2 hours. After 3 days at room temperature, pencil hardness reaches 6H; with additional curing at 120°C for 2 hours, hardness can reach 8H for higher wear resistance. The coating maintains >90% visible light transmittance and a water contact angle of 105°, combining excellent clarity with hydrophobic easy-clean properties. Cross-cut metal adhesion is Class 0, ensuring strong bonding.
