2、Polyimide
Polyimide is a kind of polymer material, the main chain contains the structure of imide, its molecular structure, including aromatic rings and heterocyclic and other major structural units. Polyimide has the highest flame retardant grade (UL-94), good electrical insulation properties, mechanical properties, chemical stability, aging resistance, irradiation resistance and low dielectric loss. At the same time, these properties do not change significantly over a wide temperature range (-269°C-400°C). Therefore, polyimide is widely used in microelectronics technology, aerospace, automotive, medical, chemical and other fields.
3、Aramid fiber
Aramid 1313 is a fiber with special features, first developed by DuPont in the United States. The appearance of this fiber is similar to ordinary chemical fiber, but has many unique characteristics. The most prominent feature is its excellent high temperature resistance, which can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 220℃ without aging. At temperatures around 250°C, its dimensional stability is very good, with a heat shrinkage of only 1%. Aramid 1313 has an ultimate oxygen index of more than 28%, is a flame retardant fiber, does not promote combustion and has good self-extinguishing properties. It starts to decompose only above 370°C and carbonizes at around 400°C. Therefore, Aramid 1313 is widely used in areas such as protective clothing, train protection, aerospace and automotive industries to meet the demand for high performance, high durability and high temperature stability.
4, phenyl silicone rubber
Phenyl silicone rubber relative to the existing methyl vinyl silicone rubber, phenyl silicone rubber temperature resistance is more excellent, its temperature range can be expanded to -70 ℃ -350 ℃, short-term operating temperature up to -110 ℃ -400 ℃, but also has the characteristics of ablative and radiation resistance. Therefore, it is widely used in electric power, electronic appliances, automobile, industrial deep cooling, aerospace, engine and other fields.
Phenyl content of 5%-15% is called low phenyl silicone rubber; phenyl content of 15%-25% is called medium phenyl silicone rubber; and phenyl content of more than 30% is called high phenyl silicone rubber. With the increase of phenyl content, the molecular rigidity increases, and the radiation and flame resistance is also improved accordingly. However, the middle and high phenyl silicone rubber processing difficulties, poor physical and mechanical properties, and thus its production and application are subject to certain restrictions.
5, borosilicone rubber
Borosilicone rubber is a special synthetic rubber, its silicone oxygen main chain with carbon-decaborane chain segment. It can be as high as 410 ° C in the short-term use of high temperature, long-term use of the range is generally between -40 ° C to 350 ° C, with other characteristics similar to silicone rubber. Borosilicone rubber can be processed and vulcanized like general silicone rubber, and is commonly used in the manufacture of sealing parts and insulating materials and other products that need to be used at high temperatures.
