Fluorosilicone oil coating has the properties of high temperature resistance, hydrophobicity, oil repellency, solvent resistance and weather resistance. The coating formulated by fluorosilicone oil containing terminal hydroxyl group, small molecule siloxane, nano-silicon dioxide, decabromodiphenylethane, etc., has excellent flame retardant, solvent resistance, oil resistance, resistance to high and low temperatures and good self-cleaning, with a smoother surface, can be formed into a film once, and used for a long time, with a service life of more than 20 years. 4、Used as defoamer
Since the surface tension of fluoroalkyl silicone oils, especially long-chain perfluoroalkyl silicone oils, is lower than that of other silicone oils, the antifoam agents formulated from them are more effective in reducing the surface tension of various foaming systems, and the effect is better than that of other silicone oil antifoam agents. Homopolymerized and copolymerized fluorocarbon silicone oil can be used as antifoam agent. Fluorosilicone oil defoamer can be used in the petroleum, textile, synthetic rubber and resin industry, coatings and ink industry, food processing and fermentation industry and medical applications. 
5、Fluoro-silicone grease, fluoro-silicone paste
Fluorocarbon silicone oil can be used as base oil, by adding thickeners, stabilizers and modifying additives to prepare fluorosilicone grease, fluorosilicone paste. When trifluoropropyl silicone oil is used as grease base oil, it can significantly improve the lubricity of steel-steel boundary. It can be used alone or mixed with dimethyl silicone oil or methyl phenyl silicone oil, and its lubricity is significantly better than that of chlorinated phenyl silicone oil, and even better than mineral oil grease under high load. The thickening agent can be divided into lithium soap system (fluorosilicone grease) or silica, silicone resin (fluorosilicone paste) by the product form. By the base oil, thickener and modified additives mixed to get the crude product, and finally must be moved into the three-roller machine to further grinding, in order to obtain a uniform does not contain coarse particles of thickener or modified additives fluorosilicone grease or fluorosilicone paste. 
Fluorosilicone grease is suitable for -70～252 ℃, and can be used in the lubrication of high-speed and heavy load bearings in contact with chemical reagents, and the lubrication and sealing of valves in contact with corrosive compounds. Fluorosilicone paste can be used as high vacuum silicone paste, and can be used as lubrication and sealing of parts in contact with benzene solvents. 
6、Fluorosilicone mold release agent
Fluorosilicone oil can also be used for the preparation of release agents, which have good anti-adhesion and lubrication, do not corrode the mold, non-toxic and safe, can be used in the molding, casting, encapsulation and coating processes. Fluorosilicone oil as the basis of polymer configuration into the emulsion or solvent-free products, can be used as paper isolation agent, has a very unique performance.
