  • Organic polysilazane IOTA 9150A has significant characteristics in practical applications.    


    When used for surface protection of radar and other equipment, the coating thickness should be controlled at 10-15 µ m and can be applied by spraying or brushing. The formed transparent coating is magical and extraordinary. It does not affect the camouflage texture of the equipment surface, but also has the ability to resist corrosion, graffiti, and scratches. It also has certain hydrophobic and high-temperature resistance characteristics.     

    But many details need to be paid attention to during use. When the ambient temperature is between 20 ℃ and 40 ℃ and the coating thickness is between 10 μ m and 100 μ m, surface drying takes 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Heating and curing should be carried out after the surface is dried, at a temperature of 60 ℃ -200 ℃. The higher the temperature, the faster the curing, but the coating is too thick and prone to cracking at high temperatures. Only by fully understanding these can one better play their role.
