Polyurethane coating
Characteristics: It has good flexibility, wear resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, and can maintain good physical properties in low temperature environments. It can generally withstand temperatures as low as minus tens of degrees Celsius, such as around minus 40 ℃, and can still play a protective and decorative role on the substrate. It is commonly used for the protection of outdoor low-temperature facilities, low-temperature pipelines, etc.
Application scenarios: Polyurethane coatings are commonly used on the exterior of steel structures and refrigeration equipment in cold northern regions to prevent damage to the substrate caused by low temperatures, while also providing aesthetic and rust prevention benefits.
Fluorocarbon coating
Features: The fluorocarbon bond in the fluorocarbon coating has high energy, stable chemical property, excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance. It can also maintain a stable coating state in low temperature environment, has a wide range of low temperature resistance, can adapt to temperatures below -60 ℃ or even lower, and has strong UV resistance and aging resistance.
Application scenarios: Commonly used for low-temperature components in the aerospace industry, large outdoor signage in extremely cold regions, etc., to ensure long-term protection of the substrate material from external corrosion in low-temperature environments, maintaining appearance and performance.
Epoxy modified coating
Characteristics: By modifying epoxy resin, it can maintain good adhesion, hardness and other properties while improving its low temperature resistance. It can withstand low temperatures of around minus 30 ℃ to minus 50 ℃ and has good barrier properties to prevent water vapor and other corrosion of the substrate.
Application scenario: It is applied on the surface of some low-temperature storage tanks, low-temperature reaction vessels and other equipment to ensure the normal use of the equipment in low-temperature working environments and extend its service life.
silicone coating
Characteristics: Organic silicon materials themselves have excellent thermal stability and low temperature resistance, and can be used in a wide temperature range. They can generally withstand ultra-low temperature environments such as -70 ℃ to -100 ℃, and also have good electrical insulation and waterproof properties.
Application scenario: Commonly used for surface protection of electronic components and low-temperature superconducting equipment that require extremely high low-temperature resistance, ensuring reliable operation of these precision components in low-temperature or even ultra-low temperature environments.
Polyurea coating
Features: Fast curing speed, high strength, good flexibility, excellent low-temperature resistance, no cracking or peeling in low-temperature environments, able to adapt to low-temperature conditions around minus 50 ℃, and outstanding wear and impact resistance.
Application scenarios: For parking lot floors in cold regions and industrial plant floors in low-temperature environments, polyurethane coatings are applied to enhance the comprehensive performance of the floor, such as wear resistance and low temperature resistance.
